Minnesota Vikings

FanDuel Triple Play

Davonte Adams vsNO - $6,900 – Adams was peppered with 10 targets and caught a TD from Brett Hundley in week 6. The peppering will continue to be hot against the Saints defense which is giving up the 6th most points to WRs.

Jimmy Graham @NYG - $5,800 - The Giants are giving up the most points to TE’s this season. Sitting at the top of list in allowing 14.2 FF to the position that has the best basketball players. Graham is a slam dunk this week.

Minnesota Vikings vsBAL - $4,700 – The Vikings are at home hosting the Baltimore Ravens. Let me break this one down a bit further. The Baltimore Ravens are playing at the Minnesota Vikings this week and the Vikings DST only cost $4,700. PLAY THE VIKINGS DST!

Derrick Henry

Tennessee Titans

Titans in the Backfield

Mike Mularkey said the run game split on MNF (near 50-50 for DeMarco Murray-Derrick Henry) was a good model. He also added that Henry is the go-to RB in the 4th quarter.

Fantasy Goo: I believe this is the target, but we will see this vary from week-to-week. If Murray is healthy or fired-up, like he may be after his coaches’ comments, he will be the guy to start. As the season whines down so will Murray, buy Henry for your playoff run, he’s more than just a handcuff.

Marlon Mack

Indianapolis Colts

Turbin Done for Season

Colts HC Chuck Pagano expects RB Robert Turbin to miss rest of season with arm injury he suffered Monday night. Turbin has averaged 6+ touches per game over the past four weeks.

Fantasy Goo: This might seem insignificant, but I expect Marlon Mack will pick-up all of those touches. An extra 6 touches from Mack could mean a major boost in production. Grab him if you can, he’ll be explosive when Luck comes back.

Ezekiel Elliott

Dallas Cowboys

Two More Weeks of Zeke

Ezekiel Elliott has been granted another temporary restraining order by the Southern District of New York, and will be allowed to play Week 7. The restraining order, is for 14 days. So it appears Elliott will also be good for Week 8.

Fantasy Goo: Hold off on all the Morris/McFadden love for a couple more weeks. If you have them you’re probably holding if you’re a contender, but I’d sell high to the Zeke owner if you can. This is gearing up for Zeke to be out during the fantasy playoffs.

Kenny Golladay

Detroit Lions

Golladay. Celebrate

If we picked up Golladay
Take some time to celebrate
Just one day out of life
It would be, it would be so nice
Everybody spread the word
We’re gonna have a celebration

Every season there is that player that propels a team to the fantasy promise land. Kenny Golladay possesses that high upside potential down the stretch that can be invaluable. Golladay last played in week 3 before suffering a hamstring injury, and Matthew Stafford has missed his 213lb 6’4 receiver. After throwing for 7TDs in the first 3 weeks; Stafford has only thrown for 2TDs before exploding in week 6 against the Saints with 3 tosses. This was a result of the game being out of hand and being forced to throw 52 times. Golden Tate was injured in this game and word is he will be out a few weeks. The Lions are on a bye in week 7, which gives Tate a free week to rest, but more importantly gives Golladay a free week to get ready to explode on the scene once again at home in week 8 against the Steelers. Tate and Marvin Jones Jr are what they are at this point. Golladay gives Stafford the kind of big threat target that he has lacked since the Decepticon leader himself MEGATRON retired. You can’t teach height and talent, and that is a gunslingers favorite type of weapon to use.

George Kittle

San Francisco 49ers

Waiver Wire Target

Kittle had a very average game this week catching four passes for 46 yards, but there could be some good news that came out of this game for him. C.J. Beathard has been named the starter for the rest of the season, and that was Kittle’s college quarterback, so you know there is immediate chemistry there that could pay nice dividends in the coming weeks

Alex Collins

Baltimore Ravens

Waiver Wire Target

Collins got the majority of the carries for the Ravens this week with 15 of them for 74 yards. He looks like he will be in a time share with Javorious Allen, but this was the first time we saw him take the majority of the carries, making him more interesting going forward.

Austin Hooper

Atlanta Falcons

Waiver Wire Target

Without Sanu the Falcons leaned a lot more on Hooper, who finished with seven receptions for 48 yards. He is becoming a bigger part of the Falcons offense, and he has big play potential that makes him a worthy add.

Ted Ginn Jr

New Orleans Saints

Waiver Wire Target

Ginn is the deep threat receiver for Drew Brees and they connected on a 20-yard score this week. Ginn finished with four receptions for 66 yards including that score. The Saints offense is lacking the big play and Ginn can provide the pop in the passing game.

Samaje Perine

Washington Redskins

Waiver Wire Target

Perine finally found the endzone this week, but his final stat line was not that pretty with nine carries for just 23 yards and three receptions for 24 yards and a touchdown. Samaje has lacked the big play, which has limited him in fantasy.

D'Onta Foreman

Houston Texans

Waiver Wire Target

Foreman got his customary 12 carries and this week gained 59 yards, but was once again held without a touchdown. He is getting a consistent workload, but he is not busting the big play to make him a worthy fantasy start.

Mike Wallace

Baltimore Ravens

Waiver Wire Target

After a stellar week Wallace came back down to earth, catching three passes for 30 yards. Wallace is a boom or bust.

Kendall Wright

Chicago Bears

Waiver Wire Target

Wright was basically invisible this game with two catches for 36 yards, and did not make a catch until the third quarter. There is too much inconsistency in the Bears passing offense.

Adam Humphries

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Waiver Wire Target

Humphries continued to be a decent part of the passing game, catching six passes for 51 yards this week. He was able to do this with Ryan Fitzpatrick having to come in for Winston, so it shows that Humphries is a regular part of their offense.

C.J. Beathard

San Francisco 49ers

Waiver Wire Target

Beathard came in relief of Brian Hoyer, who was horrible, and finished with 245 passing yards with one touchdown and one interception. Kyle Shanahan has named Beathard the starting quarterback the rest of the season. He is only worth adding in deeper leagues, but he should also give you some yards on the ground.

Nelson Agholor

Philadelphia Eagles

Waiver Wire Target

Agholor was scooped up in a lot of leagues last week, and he stayed hot this week catching four passes for 55 yards with another touchdown. Nelson has become a favorite target of Carson Wentz, and he is getting favorable matchups with Jeffery and Ertz drawing most of the defensive attention.

Darren McFadden

Dallas Cowboys

Waiver Wire Target

Morris may already be taken in your league, but he will be sharing time with McFadden while Zeke sits on the sidelines. If you are in a deep league and need a flier, here he is.

Orleans Darkwa

New York Giants

Waiver Wire Target

Darkwa is the Giant running back that has emerged as the lead back for the team. He torched the Broncos defense for 117 yards on 21 carries and caught one pass for 13 yards. He showed some nice burst and that will likely get him another big workload in their next game.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Philadelphia Eagles - 7:20pm CT on NFL Network

QUARTERBACKS

andy dalton pyro character

Andy DaltonDalton has not been as effective as of late, but this prime-time match-up against a weak Eagles team may be just the thing he needs to get his confidence and playoff hopes back on track.  Over his last 5 games he has failed to throw for more than 230 yards, and has only thrown for 2 TD and 3 INT over his past 2 games.

Fantasy Call – The Eagles have been very generous to opposing quarterbacks, allowing 2 or more TD passes n 10 of their last 11 games.  This is a good opportunity for Dalton to get it going and should throw for at least 2 TD, but don’t expect a 300 yard game in this one.

------------

nick foles pyro character

Nick FolesFoles is coming off his best performance since being named the starter for the Eagles.  He passed for 381 yards and threw 2 TD, while adding another rushing TD.  Foles has also gone 3 straight games without throwing an interception.  In his previous 4 games Foles failed to throw for more 251 yards, and his breakout game was against the porous Buccaneers.

Fantasy Call – Hopefully you don’t have to start Foles, but if you do don’t expect a repeat performance from last week.  The Bengals are not the best defense, but Foles just does not have enough weapons to feel comfortable starting.

RUNNING BACKS

benjarvus green-ellis pyro character

Ben Jarvis Green-EllisGreen-Ellis was coming off of 3 straight 100-yard games heading into last week and was unable to keep the streak alive. He only had 12 carries against the Cowboys, but did run for 89 yards and added 13 yards receiving, so he did have over 100 total yards for another week. Green-Ellis failed to score a TD for the second week in a row.

Fantasy Call – Green-Ellis should be able to keep it going against a floundering Eagles defense.  The fact that he only had 12 carries last week is a good sign for a bigger workload on this short week.  There is a good chance the Law Firm finds the endzone in this one.

------------

bryce brown pyro character

Bryce BrownBrown came screeching back to Earth last week with 6 yards on 12 carries and 6 yards receiving.  Brown had been on fire before shitting the bed this game.  He should find more running room against the Bengals, but he is no longer the sure start he seemed to be heading into last week.

WIDE RECEIVERS

a.j. green pyro character

AJ GreenGreen has now gone 3 straight games without a TD catch after catching a TD in each of his previous 9 games.  Green has also been held to one 100-yard game in his last 7 games.  Green will look to get back on track on the National spotlight this week.

Fantasy Call – Green should be chomping at the bit to get this game under way.  He is desperately looking for a big game, and what better time than against a weak Eagles defense with the hold Nation watching.  Don’t you dare bench him.

andrew hawkins pyro character

Andrew HawkinsHawkins is big play guy and got back on track last week with a TD, but failed to reach 50 yards.  Hawkins has had 8 targets over each of the last 2 weeks and the Bengals seem like they are trying to work him into the offense more, to relieve some pressure from AJ Green.

Fantasy Call – Hawkins is really a hit ore miss guy and he has not had big explosion game, with his 86 yards on opening day remaining his high yardage total on the season.  He could find more opportunities in this game, but you got to have guts and a decimated team to start him.

mohamed sanu pyro character

Mohamed Sanu – Sanu was placed on injured reserve and is done for the year.

------------

jeremy maclin pyro character

Jeremy Maclin – Maclin had his best game in a long time, as he finished with 9 catches (season high) for 104 yards and a TD.  Maclin saw 13 targets, which were the most he has seen since the 14 he had on opening day.  Maclin has been terribly inconsistent this season, but with all the injuries on the Eagles offense he remains the number threat.

Fantasy Call – The Bengals are a much better pass defense then the Buccaneers that Maclin faced last week. Maclin should continue to see a lot of targets and the Eagles figure to be behind, so he could get a lot yards in garbage time of this game.

riley cooper pyro character

Riley Cooper – Cooper had 4 catches for 37 yards last week and was targeted 9 times.  Cooper is not a real threat for Fantasy points.

Fantasy Call – PASS

jason avant pyro character

Jason AvantAvant is coming off a monster game with 7 catches for 133 yards on 12 targets.  Avant is a veteran and it seemed that Foles felt more comfortable looking for him than for Riley Cooper.  Avant has had these games before, but usually does not put these games up back to back.

Fantasy Call – If you have Avant and are thinking about this one I would pass. There are just too many factors working against him for you to feel confident that lightning will strike twice.  He should see a decent amount of targets, but he is a risky play this week.

TIGHT ENDS

jermaine gresham pyro character

Jermaine GreshamGresham was held to 43 yards and without a TD last week, although he has scored a TD in 3 of his last 5 games.  Gresham has had 4 catches in each of his last 3 games and has failed to reach 50 yards in any of those games.  Gresham has only seen 17 targets over the past 3 weeks and has not been targeted more than 8 times in a game all season.

Fantasy Call – This is a good match-up for Gresham and he has a good chance to get back into the endzone this week.  Don’t expect a 100-yard game, but he should be able break 60 yards and a good chance for a TD.

------------

brent celek pyro character

Brent CelekCelek has been ruled out with a concussion.

Clay Harbor – Harbor filled in for the injured Brent Celek most of the game last week and finished with 6 catches for 52 yards and TD.  That kind of production is what Celek owners had been looking for all season.  Harbor will be the starter again this week.

Fantasy Call – Harbor is not a recommended starter this week.  The short week and rookie quarterback with a suspect offensive line is not a good match-up.
