George Kittle

San Francisco 49ers

Waiver Wire Target

Kittle had a very average game this week catching four passes for 46 yards, but there could be some good news that came out of this game for him. C.J. Beathard has been named the starter for the rest of the season, and that was Kittle’s college quarterback, so you know there is immediate chemistry there that could pay nice dividends in the coming weeks

Alex Collins

Baltimore Ravens

Waiver Wire Target

Collins got the majority of the carries for the Ravens this week with 15 of them for 74 yards. He looks like he will be in a time share with Javorious Allen, but this was the first time we saw him take the majority of the carries, making him more interesting going forward.

Austin Hooper

Atlanta Falcons

Waiver Wire Target

Without Sanu the Falcons leaned a lot more on Hooper, who finished with seven receptions for 48 yards. He is becoming a bigger part of the Falcons offense, and he has big play potential that makes him a worthy add.

Ted Ginn Jr

New Orleans Saints

Waiver Wire Target

Ginn is the deep threat receiver for Drew Brees and they connected on a 20-yard score this week. Ginn finished with four receptions for 66 yards including that score. The Saints offense is lacking the big play and Ginn can provide the pop in the passing game.

Samaje Perine

Washington Redskins

Waiver Wire Target

Perine finally found the endzone this week, but his final stat line was not that pretty with nine carries for just 23 yards and three receptions for 24 yards and a touchdown. Samaje has lacked the big play, which has limited him in fantasy.

D'Onta Foreman

Houston Texans

Waiver Wire Target

Foreman got his customary 12 carries and this week gained 59 yards, but was once again held without a touchdown. He is getting a consistent workload, but he is not busting the big play to make him a worthy fantasy start.

Mike Wallace

Baltimore Ravens

Waiver Wire Target

After a stellar week Wallace came back down to earth, catching three passes for 30 yards. Wallace is a boom or bust.

Kendall Wright

Chicago Bears

Waiver Wire Target

Wright was basically invisible this game with two catches for 36 yards, and did not make a catch until the third quarter. There is too much inconsistency in the Bears passing offense.

Adam Humphries

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Waiver Wire Target

Humphries continued to be a decent part of the passing game, catching six passes for 51 yards this week. He was able to do this with Ryan Fitzpatrick having to come in for Winston, so it shows that Humphries is a regular part of their offense.

C.J. Beathard

San Francisco 49ers

Waiver Wire Target

Beathard came in relief of Brian Hoyer, who was horrible, and finished with 245 passing yards with one touchdown and one interception. Kyle Shanahan has named Beathard the starting quarterback the rest of the season. He is only worth adding in deeper leagues, but he should also give you some yards on the ground.

Nelson Agholor

Philadelphia Eagles

Waiver Wire Target

Agholor was scooped up in a lot of leagues last week, and he stayed hot this week catching four passes for 55 yards with another touchdown. Nelson has become a favorite target of Carson Wentz, and he is getting favorable matchups with Jeffery and Ertz drawing most of the defensive attention.

Darren McFadden

Dallas Cowboys

Waiver Wire Target

Morris may already be taken in your league, but he will be sharing time with McFadden while Zeke sits on the sidelines. If you are in a deep league and need a flier, here he is.

Orleans Darkwa

New York Giants

Waiver Wire Target

Darkwa is the Giant running back that has emerged as the lead back for the team. He torched the Broncos defense for 117 yards on 21 carries and caught one pass for 13 yards. He showed some nice burst and that will likely get him another big workload in their next game.

Bennie Fowler

Denver Broncos

Waiver Wire Target

Fowler only had three receptions for 21 yards, but could be in line for a lot more work with the injury to Emmanuel Sanders. This is not a prolific passing attack, but he will start to seen enough targets to be added in fantasy.

Eli Manning

New York Giants

The Last Eli

Did you lose Aaron Rodgers in week 6? Do you have solid skill players carrying your squad, but are looking at the wire now for a QB for the stretch run in a deep league? You may want Eli Manning right now. He’s most likely sitting there on your waiver wire or can be traded for in exchange for some bantha fodder. (for the Star Wars fans. Waz up?) Nobody is going to want Manning after throwing for 128yds and 1TD in week 6. Then in week 7, have a match up with the Seahawks?! Hell no! Then a bye in week 8?! Forget that right?

Well....with the emergence of Evan Engram, and Sterling Shepard probably returning after the bye for week 9, there may be a new hope for Manning owners looking ahead. Manning is a durable, 2 time SB champion who makes players around him better. He's been doing it well before OBJ was there. Manning made players like Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks studs. How did David Tyree’s career go after leaving Manning? He got rich, but that’s not the point, or is it? With Engram, Shepard, and after some more reps with Roger Lewis and company; Manning could have a solid weekly floor of 230yds and 2TDs. That may not sound sexy, but I’ve seen fantasy championships won with QB’s like Josh Freeman with similar production, as long as you have quality skill players around him.

The Giants schedule after they return in week 9 from their bye isn't too shabby: vs Rams, @49ers, vs Chiefs, @Redskins, @Raiders, and face the Cowboys, Eagles and @Cardinals in the fantasy playoffs.

Deshaun Watson is currently on pace for 40 passing TDs. Needs just 12 more to break the NFL rookie record of Wilson and Manning. (1.2 TDs/G)

Watson is also on pace to be the only quarterback this season to rush for over 500 yards.

Tyreek Hill

Kansas City Chiefs

Chiefs WR corps isn't very good

Tyreek Hill and the entire passing attack should be flex or bench material this week against the Steelers, but I am well aware you can’t really bench Hill. He’s too explosive and returns a lot of kicks for touchdowns, but just don’t expect a lot of production through the air. Corey Colman and Mike Wallace were the only two receivers this year to score on the Steelers and Hill can easily put up one himself, but the Chiefs may not need to pass more than 15 times this game.

Fantasy Goo: With Chris Conley suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon last weekend, it's hard to like this receiving corps much beyond Tyreek Hill.

All players listed are available in at least 30% of CBS Leagues

ROGER LEWIS – WR – GIANTS – AVAILABLE IN 100% OF CBS LEAGUES

OBJ is out for the rest of the season and Lewis is going to see a major uptick in targets. He caught one pass on Sunday for a 29-yard touchdown, and it showed some nice early chemistry with Eli Manning. The Giants are still looking for a running game, so Lewis will see a lot of targets on a weekly basis going forward.

MARLON MACK – RB – COLTS – AVAILABLE IN 78% OF CBS LEAGUES
The rookie was back after missing last week, and he was impressive. He finished with 91 yards and score on nine carries, and caught one pass for two yards. Mack nearly scored a second touchdown, but was ruled down at the one. Frank Gore is going to be sharing carries with Mack the rest of the way, as he brings electricity that has been missing from the Colts backfield.

NELSON AGHOLOR – WR – EAGLES – AVAILABLE IN 74% OF CBS LEAGUES

Agholor has been a big surprise this season, and he was at it again this week catching four passes for 93 yards with a long touchdown. The Eagles take more shots downfield than any other team, so while he might be hit or miss, he has a better chance to hit with the extra shots from Wentz.

ED DICKSON – TE – PANTHERS – AVAILABLE IN 92% OF CBS LEAGUES

Dickson was a monster this week against the Lions, catching five passes for 175 yards. Obviously you can not count on him to give you this on a regular basis, but he has been showing a nice floor of at least 40 yards per game since taking over for the injured Greg Olsen.

GEORGE KITTLE – TE – 49ERS – AVAILABLE IN 99% OF CBS LEAGUES

The rookie tight end became a major target of Brian Hoyer down the stretch of their game against the Colts this week. He finished with seven catches for 83 yards and a score. The 49ers have been looking for someone to make plays from the tight end position, and it seems clear that the University of Iowa product will be that man the rest of the way.

J.J. NELSON – WR – CARDINALS – AVAILABLE IN 35% OF CBS LEAGUES

Nelson finally showed some flash again this week, catching four passes for 80 yards, but was held out of the endzone. Palmer is spreading the ball around the offense, but Nelson is the best deep threat receiver that they have.

DION LEWIS – RB – PATRIOTS – AVAILABLE IN 87% OF CBS LEAGUES

Rex Burkhead continues to miss games, and Lewis has gotten into a groove in the Pats offense. This week he had seven carries fro 53 yards and caught two passes for 10 yards. The more time Burkhead misses, the better the chance that Lewis can take over the role if he continues to play well.

COOPER KUPP – WR – RAMS – AVAILABLE IN 35% OF CBS LEAGUES

Kupp was pretty well held in check this week with just three receptions for 44 yards. He should have had a 20-yard touchdown catch to win the game for the Rams, but it went through his hands. There is still a lot of upside with Kupp, and the Rams offense is much improved this year.

JARON BROWN – WR – CARDINALS – AVAILABLE IN 50% OF CBS LEAGUES

Brown had a hard time getting going this week, catching just three passes for 39 yards. The Cardinals had a hard time getting anything going this week; so don’t let this deter you on going after Brown.

WAYNE GALLMAN – RB – GIANTS – AVAILABLE IN 38% OF CBS LEAGUES

Gallman continues to show well in his second game, carrying the ball 11 times for 57 yards, and caught five passes for 25 yards. Touchdowns are still going to be something that will be hard to come by, but it seems like Gallman should continue to see a decent amount of touches, and his workload could increase if he continues to show improvement.

ANDY DALTON – QB – BENGALS – AVAILABLE IN 33% OF CBS LEAGUES

Dalton started off with bang, connecting with A.J. Green on a 77-yard touchdown, but that was his only touchdown throw of the day. He had 328 passing yards with two interceptions, both of which could have been caught by A.J. Green. Dalton is still a solid option if you are hunting the waiver wire for weekly matchups.

DAVID NJOKU – TE – BROWNS – AVAILABLE IN 91% OF CBS LEAGUES

The rookie made two dazzling catches this week, including a one hander for a score. He finished with three receptions for 48 yards and the score. He is getting more involved in the Browns offense, and is one of the best playmakers that they have on the roster.

COLE BEASLEY – WR – COWBOYS – AVAILABLE IN 61% OF CBS LEAGUES

Beasley was very active in the first half of this game, catching two touchdowns, but he did not do much else. He finished the game with four receptions for 23 yards with the two scores. He is a mismatch in the redzone, and after this performance he may get more looks down there.

JARED GOFF – QB – RAMS – AVAILABLE IN 49% OF CBS LEAGUES

Goff had a tough matchup this week, and the numbers showed it, completing 22 of 45 passes for 288 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions. He also ran for 22 yards, and he drove the Rams down the field and gave them a chance to win the game. This was against the Seahawks, so you have cut the kid some slack on the fantasy production this week.

MIKE WALLACE – WR – RAVENS – AVAILABLE IN 53% OF CBS LEAGUES

Wallace showed his big play ability this week, catching three passes for 133 yards, but was held out of the endzone. Wallace is another hit or miss, but Flacco has been taking more shots downfield. Unfortunately Wallace does not do much else these days.

BRIAN HOYER – QB – 49ERS – AVAILABLE IN 82% OF CBS LEAGUES

It was a good matchup for Hoyer this week and he showed why, throwing for 353 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions. Hoyer is always there on the wire for all of you streamers. Next week may not be as appetizing facing the Redskins on the road.

AUSTIN HOOPER – TE – FALCONS – AVAILABLE IN 57% OF CBS LEAGUES

Don’t sleep on Hooper just because he was on a bye this week. There are a lot of tight end options on the wire, and the benefit for Hooper is his big play ability.

AUSTIN SEFERIAN-JENKINS – TE – JETS – AVAILABLE IN 45% OF CBS LEAGUES

ASJ was not that impressive from a yardage standpoint, but he was targeted often and in the redzone. He caught six passes for 29 yards with a touchdown, but the Jets offense doesn’t offer a lot of fantasy production.

D’ONTA FOREMAN – RB – TEXANS – AVAILABLE IN 46% OF CBS LEAGUES

He has been getting consistent touches. We will see how he performs tonight against the Cheifs.

ALEX COLLINS – RB – RAVENS – AVAILABLE IN 49% OF CBS LEAGUES

Collins worked as the second back behind Javorious Allen and finished with 12 carries for 55 yards. He is stuck in a secondary back role, but if Allen gets hurt it will be his backfield.

KENDALL WRIGHT – WR – BEARS – AVAILABLE IN 60% OF CBS LEAGUES

We shall see how his chemistry is with Mitch Trubisky this Monday, and if the Bears offense is more effective under the rookie, Wright could be a nice add in deeper leagues.

ELIJAH MCGUIRE – RB – JETS – AVAILABLE IN 52% OF CBS LEAGUES

McGuire was not impressive this week, running 11 times for 20 yards, and catching two passes for 10 yards. Bilal Powell left the game, so he should see an increased workload if Powell misses any time.

TORREY SMITH – WR – EAGLES – AVAILABLE IN 88% OF CBS LEAGUES

Torrey is and always will be boom or bust. This was a boom week, catching three passes for 70 yards with a long touchdown. Wentz takes a lot of shots downfield, but Smith needs to add more to the route tree to be counted on for consistent production.

JUJU SCHUSTER-SMITH – WR – STEELERS – AVAILABLE IN 89% OF CBS LEAGUES

JuJu had a pretty quiet day until garbage time, and finished with four receptions for 48 yards.

BEN WATSON – TE – RAVENS – AVAILABLE IN 58% OF CBS LEAGUES

Watson did not do much of anything this week, catching two passes for two yards, although he was targeted in the redzone.

MITCH TRUBISKY – QB – BEARS – AVAILABLE IN 77% OF CBS LEAGUES

The rookie makes his debut against the Vikings this Monday. If he can impress against a good defense, he could be worth adding in deeper leagues, or two quarterback leagues.

JERMAINE KEARSE – WR – JETS – AVAILABLE IN 48% OF CBS LEAGUES

Kearse found the endzone this week, but he only caught four passes for 38 yards. The touchdowns are sporadic and he does not give you enough yards to truly be trusted.

ADAM HUMPHRIES – WR – BUCCANEERS – AVAILABLE IN 91% OF CBS LEAGUES

Humphries continues to do just enough to stay on this list. He caught three passes for 51 yards, but is only an option in very deep leagues.

TYLER HIGBEE – TE – RAMS – AVAILABLE IN 99% OF CBS LEAGUES

Higbee had a nice game this week, catching four passes for 98 yards. He is a downfield threat as a tight end, and he is starting to develop a nice chemistry with Jared Goff. He is worth monitoring over the next few weeks

MARQUISE GOODWIN – WR – 49ERS – AVAILABLE IN 97% OF CBS LEAGUES

The speedster showed his speed this week, catching five passes for 116 yards. The only problem is that he is a hit or miss receiver and you more than likely to end up with misses.

DARREN FELLS – TE – LIONS – AVAILBLE IN 100% OF CBS LEAGUES

Fells caught two passes for 24 yards, and both went for scores. Don’t be fooled and don’t go run to pick him up…please!
