Tyreek Hype Train

Pyro's take: Andy Smith has confirmed in the wake of the Jeremy Maclin release that Tyreek Hill will have the "first crack" at Maclin's former Z receiver position. Albert Wilson and Chris Conley were also mentioned as having a good handle on the position.

Fantasy Goo: Tyreek Hill played only 50% of the offensive snaps and expects a huge uptick. For those worried about Hill's special teams role eating into his offensive availability, Reid featured both DeSean Jackson and Brian Westbrook as primary returners with big offensive roles in Philly.

Competition For Number Two Reciever Spot In Kansas City

According to Herbie

Pyro's take: According to Herbie Teope of the Chiefs Digest, there will be an open competition for the starting wide receiver spot opposite Jeremy Maclin in training camp between Albert Wilson and Chris Conley. Both receivers received a "heavy dose" of the first-team reps during minicamp.

Fantasy Goo: The Kansas City Chiefs have one of their starting wide receiver jobs solidified with veteran Jeremy Maclin, but the No. 2 spot appears to be wide open. There will be a competition between Albert Wilson and Chris Conley for the job, with the loser taking over at the No. 3 position on the depth chart. For fantasy football purposes, monitor this situation closely before ranking these players as whoever emerges as the starter will garner more value whereas the other will likely remain off of the fantasy radar entering the upcoming campaign.
