Fantasy Goo: Hurns and Robinson should continue to be avoided at all costs with this tough matchup.

Pyro's take: On the Jaguars second drive of the game they were able to mix in the run and the pass. Allen Robinson made a pair of acrobatic catches that proved he’s already in mid-season form. Robinson finished the game with three catches for 80-yards.

Fantasy Goo: Not me folks. All the smarties are positive that the Jags passing attack will regress. The numbers point to it so, it must be true because the numbers never lie, right? I am not on board this ship. Blake Bortles had 35 passing and 2 rushing touchdowns in 2015. So, maybe he ends the season with 33 passing and 1 rushing touchdown. If so, then they win. People like to pound the table for something so I want to try it. I say Blake hits the exact numbers from 2015 in 2016. The Jags offense has a true rushing attack now with Yeldon and Ivory. The Jags running game will complement the offense but, not weaken the passing attack in my own opinion. Allen Robinson is an elite WR who has potential to be the best. Add Allen Hurns who is among my favorite side-kicks and a TE who should improve his numbers in Julius Thomas. The backups are going to surprise you all as well. I say the Jags F the league up in 2016 on offense.

Pyro's take: “My mindset is that if the guys are healthy and they can go, we talk about always compete, so let’s compete,” Bradley said. “That doesn’t mean that there might not be some personnel changes or guys that we look at, just like what we did with [cornerback] Nick Marshall. If there’s a chance that we think that can help us, if we need to take a look at it, we’ll do it.”

There are four players that it would make sense to sit down in the finale or at least reduce their snaps: receivers Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns, tight end Julius Thomas and cornerback Davon House.

Pyro's take: Robinson really didnt get going until mid way in the second quarter, and he made the most out of his targets, His 113-yards were one of his better receiving days this season. He should be considered a number one receiver next week as the Jaguars take on the Colts.

Pyro's take: According to Eugene Frenette "Allen Robinson x-rays of leg contusion r negative. More evaluation as week goes on."

He should play on Sunday, but will know more come Wednesday.

Allen Robinson will be out for the season and its going to take a huge toll on the Jaguars limited offense production. Blake Bortles targeted Robinson quite a bit, as Robinson has become the most reliable receiver. He will finish the season with the Jaguars’ leader in receptions (48) and receiving yards (548). As for Bortles connection with Robinson he has completed 42 of 69 attempts for 467 yards and two touchdowns and three interceptions when targeting Robinson.


Pyro's take: Who does this benefit? It looks as though Cecil Shorts will be the main target now. With the Bortles-Shorts connection 33-of-56, 375 yards, 1 TD, 4 INT, 24.9 QBR. In the three seasons with the Jaguars He has 156 catches for 2,161 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Allen Robinson and Tandon Doss will be out of commission for two weeks, depleting the wide receiver corps even further. Justin Blackmon is suspended indefinitely, Cecil Shorts was injured last week, and he will be gone for at least two weeks. Ace Sanders left for personal reasons as he prepares for four-game suspension to start the season.

Robinson strained his hamstring, while Doss sprained his ankle on the final play of practice. Rookie Damian Copeland missed Friday's practice with a wrist injury, he's listed as day-to-day, and second-round pick Marqise Lee was given the day off.

Pyro's take: The Jaguars passing game is already ugly, and the last thing they need is wide receivers that are new to the team such as Robinson, Lee, and Doss to be out as well. Its going to be a long road for this team in the passing department as they try to improve on their 20th ranked passing offense, and if the veteran leadership, and rookies are not there to get in sync with Chad Henne or Blake Bortles, the path will just get longer.

As for your fantasy team, most of these players are waiver wire fodder, or dynasty league material.
