2012 Pros and Cons

(+) Peyton Manning will be throwing him the ball now which needless to say, is a major upgrade from Tim Tebow

(+) Demaryius Thomas was the first WR taken in the 2010 draft (22nd pick - Dez Bryant was 24th)

(+) Was targeted 10 times in his first game back

(+) At 6’3”, he'll likely be a major red zone threat for the Broncos

(+) Will play 2012 with less weight to get more explosion

(+) Peyton Manning says he's never had a guy like this to throw to (Wayne and Harrison were both smallish guys)

(+) He's 6'3 229-pounds and REALLY doesn't like to be tackled (ask the Steelers Ike Taylor about that)

(+) Thomas first played in Week 7 last season, only eight months after rupturing his Achilles tendon – Basically, this guy is tough

(+) In two playoff games last season, DT88 had 10 catches, 297 yards and a TD…

(+) …and the above was with Tim Tebow throwing him the ball against Pittsburgh and New England

(+) Big play potential every time he’s on the field

(–) Can disappear at times against bigger, faster cornerbacks

(–) Was injury-prone in college and was injured most of last year. This could be a trend

(–) Eric Decker or even one of the tight ends could easily become Peyton's favorite target over Thomas

Handcuff

Jabar Gaffney would be a nice handcuff to Demaryius, but he might not be available because he probably has a bit of fantasy value on his own.  Eddie Royal might be your guy here
